Twin 43-story apartment towers have been proposed for 54 West Flagler Street in Downtown Miami with Brooklyn-based Alliance Capital pegged as the developer, per The Next Miami. Kobi Karp is the listed architect for the mixed use project that will include 391 units, street retail, and a hanging garden between the towers.
